Ayala School Site Council and PTSA meeting on Wednesday, Mar 10, 2010 at 6:00. Our special guest will be Mr. Wayne Joseph, Superintendent of CVUSD. We hope that you will be able to attend.

Students electing to park in areas other than the Ayala School Site are subject to citation, towing, and any fees associated. Only park in the Ayala School parking areas with a current school year permit.

WALNUT INVITE 3/12-13

The Walnut Invitational has its own, unique timing. Posted below, for your information, is the estimated timing of the preliminary events (all swimmers), and the final events (top 16 times from the preliminaries). On Friday, JV Swimmers will have A and B practice only.

VARSITY SWIMMERS:
Release from class 12:15 p.m.
Bus leaves 12:30 p.m.
Warm-up begins at Mt.SAC: 1:00
Competition begins: 2:30 p.m.
Approximate end time: 6:00 p.m.

JV SWIMMERS:
Athletes arrive by 7:00 a.m.
Warm-up begins at Mt.SAC: 7:15 a.m.
Competition begins: 8:30 a.m.
Approximate end time: 12:30 p.m.

ALL SWIMMERS, VARSITY AND JV, WITH TOP 16 PLACEMENT:
Warm-up: 1:00 p.m.
Competition: 2:00 p.m.
Approximate end time: 6:30 p.m.
